Tri Weave is an intricate hex knit design with a 3D appearance - almost like an optical illusion Silicone Simpress were developed to create textured cake panels the idea is that Simpress moulds are deeper than MM Onlay moulds, so you get exactly the correct amount of sugarpaste to cover the cake, without having to cover the cake in an initial layer of sugarpaste - it's worth experimenting with this concept to see how well you feel it works
