In order to make the cream, mix one part of Diana whipping cream with two parts of cold water, ideally, 10° C. Mix using a hand mixer at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes until the cream has achieved the consistency you would like. Then keep the prepared cream in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes before using.
