It is a non dairy whipping cream that gives you x4 of volume when whipped properly. This saves you money as you get more yield from a 1 litre pack and you are therefore able to work on more cakes using just one pack.

To ensure you get the best results with pristine here are some tips:

- You must chill Pristine in the fridge for a minimum of 5hrs before use. That is in the regular fridge not freeezer.

- When you want to use, remove from the fridge and leave for afew minutes.

- Start whipping on low speed so that you don't get bubbles in your whipping cream.

- Increase the speed as you continue whipping.

- Stop whipping when you get to peak stage.

- You can store left over cream in the fridge, just ensure you keep it airtight.
