5 WHEEL STAINLESS STEEL PASTRY CUTTER

This wheel pastry cutter is constructed of stainless steel, making it extremely durable and resistant to rust. A real time saver, this tool is great for cutting pastry dough, or even pizza dough, and is sure to make precise, measured cuts every time. Its 5 wheels, each measuring 2 1/8" in diameter, are riveted on an expandable arm. When fully extended, there is approximately 5" of space between each wheel, while the distance is approximately 1/2" between each wheel when collapsed. For safety and precision, the cutting wheels can be locked into place by tightening the wingnut located in the center of the adjustable arm.
