These cutters allow for the creation of two different intricate designs from gum paste or fondant. The bubble freeze cutter produces a series of bubbles of different diameters in a repeating pattern which can be used to decorate the side of a cake, or use a portion of the frieze on the top of a cake. The scroll cutter produces a beautiful scroll to adorn the side of a cake.
